Well, now that I've told you, my faithful Reader and friend, of my NaNoPlot, I shall explain some things about it. The whos, whats, and wheres as it were.
Viggo Steele - The main character. Honest, brave, and kindhearted. He has two shapeshifting animal companions he picked up on a wizard-hunting mission in Ireland.
Aelfcynn - She is the more logical of Viggo's animal companions. She's the voice of reason, although she fights a lot with Rowan. She prefers to shift into white animals.
Rowan - He is Viggo's easily-excited animal companion. Loves adventure; loves to argue. Prefers to shift into red or black animals.
Darian Steele - Viggo's younger brother. He's a soldier-turned-mercenary, and, despite their arguments, he and Viggo love each other. Note: Darian CANNOT STAND Ian.
Snakestar Brotherhood - The main bad guys. A brotherhood that is devoted to using the Night Phoenix for evil. Named for their unique tattoos: an image of a snake about to bite a star.
Ian Channing Asher - A criminal/spy/thief. He's aloof, clever, and looks out for himself first and foremost. Viggo hires him to help them break into Area 51.
Night Phoenix - A majestic phoenix made of black flames. Its call has the power to hypnotize. It can shoot fireballs from its mouth/beak. It has a talisman that gives one power to control the Phoenix.
Zante - The man who hired Viggo to retrieve the Night Phoenix's talisman. Part of Greek Parliament.
