Dilemmas...

I do indeed have a dilemma. Two dilemmas, in fact.
As some of you might know, I'm writing a fantasy trilogy--the Leaves of Silver trilogy.
The current titles of each book go as follows:

Book One: Leaves of Silver
Book Two: Black Skies
Book Three: ????
Yes, I have no idea what to call Book Three. I've had a few ideas (see my poll), but I'm not sure. Some of the titles I came up with for the third book are:

Red Rain
Stars of White
Scarlet Snow
Hearts of Gold
Wings of White/On White Wings
If any of you have any suggestions, PLEASE COMMENT AND LET ME KNOW.
Not only that, but I'm wondering whether to have all of the titles correlate or not. See how Book One is 'Leaves OF Silver' and Book Two is just 'Black Skies'? Should I change it to 'Leaves of Silver' and 'Skies of Black'? Or 'Silver Leaves' and 'Black Skies'?

Or should I leave it the way it is?

Again, if you have any ideas, suggestions, inquiries, etc, I beg you; please comment!

  1. I suppose it would really depend on what the story is about. Then again, I've seen books have titles that are "irrelevant" (I use that term loosely!) to their storyline. In this case, people normally title them to fit according to their theme, which is what you appear to be doing.
So, think; what's the third book about? You should give it a title after the plot has been decided.
As for the correlation, I think I like "Leaves of Silver"/"Skies of Black". It's fancier than just "Silver Leaves" and "Black Skies"!
This is my advice; I leave it up to you.
